We are so excited to announce the MHWB February Self Care Challenge!


Join us for the month of February to experience 28 days of self-care and wellness.

You may have already quit on many of your New Year’s resolutions, and that’s okay. The Mental Health Without Borders February Self Care challenge is here to help you ground yourself in wellness and self-care for the month of February.

Why February?

Well, February is often stated as the worst month of the year. It’s cold - it’s dark - and to make matters worse this year, many jurisdictions across the globe are under yet another COVID-19 lockdown. Take the next month to tune in, rest, and appreciate your time at home during this great time of uncertainty.

Before you know it, spring and sunshine will be upon us.

This challenge is free to all worldwide who would like to participate, all you have to do is sign up!


Registration closes on January 31st at 8:00 pm


How does it work?

Starting February 1, 2021 you will receive a daily email that will provide self-care prompts and resources related to a unique topic. Don't worry, by signing up for this challenge, you are not subscribing to MHWB's ongoing mailing list.
