Mental Health Without Borders is committed to building, maintaining and fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where our Board of Directors, Volunteer Educators and Participants are welcomed irrespective of their race, ethnicity, gender expression, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, age, disability, or language. We strive to ensure that the make-up of our organization reflects the global community we serve; this diversity allows us to have the highest performing team to better serve this global community. By living a culture of belonging, where harassment is not tolerated, every member feels heard, valued and included, MHWB is able to optimize this diversity and generate unique ideas and methods which aid in ensuring we achieve our organizational goals.
